Filled with hospitality from Ian and Nicky as our hosts, staying here for multiple nights during term-time doesn't hurt the bank and with all the facilities you would expect and much more. Both went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't thank them enough for making our stay homely. Staying in the family room with great scenic views and being in local reach of all the activities you could ask for, while having clean rooms, comfy beds, plentiful fruit, tea/coffee, local apple juice and snacks to get the day going, will definitely be returning in the near future. Can't recommended enough, so nice and peaceful, very clean,. If you're looking for a nice, quiet & chill place, in between your travels around Cornwall, this is the one. Compared to other places/prices, this was an absolute bargain, great hosts, the doggo's are lovely as well.

What a lovely clean well kept house, lovely room with great views the shower is good especially after a good day walking, Ian was very welcoming and made me feel at home and even dropped me off at the pub so I could eat. Would definitely recommend this B&B highly and would definitely come back...

This was our second visit here and it was every bit as good as the first time perfect location and a perfect host. There was an unexpected surprise from Ian and Nicky as we were their first returning guests there was a lovely bottle of proseco so very thoughtful and an added bonus was that we got to walk Tilly
