Terrible experience. £50 for a very short walk , £30 on overpriced hot chocolate in the rain, parking on top, When I sought a refund they were arrogant & refused. Please avoid if your money is precious to you just before Christmas. As locals, we’ll never visit again and be sure to warn others! Absolute rip off.

Aweful experience. The event lacked atmosphere, there was no music, the staff seemed friendly but were focused on ushering you through as quickly as possible. The exhibition was very difficult to see, not enough lighting. They gave the kids a "potion" each at the end of a brief show which had nothing to do with Christmas but definitely a left over from Halloween! Definitely not worth the money, grossly over priced for what we experienced, will not be going again.

What a lovely evening we had. The staff were all very lovely and even though we were running a little late they were all very professional and had so much patience. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children and what a lovely experience it was . Well done everyone involved.

This was the first time of going to wonder nights and each of us both adults and children had a wonderful time. Even though it was not the full show (due to covid) it a was a great day out. To hear the laughter from the children and see the excitement on their faces will stay with us for a very long time. A job well done team!! full show next week

Fantastic afternoon, truly magical! Thank you for putting an incredible Christmas event on for the children despite uncertain times due to the pandemic. I think its important that we have some positivity and your event truly created that. Looking forward to returning next year!!

Short trip in the house and then drinks outside was a bit of a rip off. Considering hot drinks where pre-ordered the regular hot chocolate was tiny. Seems cheeky having to pay extra. Will avoid next year

£28 + £4 parking for 20 mins in the house, absolute waste of money for what you pay.. stay way away from it, Only good thing was the staff.

We enjoyed it, it wasn’t very busy when we went the staff were really friendly and the displays were pretty. However the trail is quite short and the disabled parking was quite far from the enterance and you have to walk up a hill which isn’t the most accessible.

Should have been an easy lit route to follow...we couldn't read the map in the dark and kept walking back on ourselves....also it was hard to see paths.Light show to music was very disappointing... wouldn't bother again. Also £5 to park !l!
